I mean the steps you have going to the next floor, the stairs you will find from one level in the park to the next level, the steps in front of the courthouse. You know, stairs.
This is probably the greatest exercise for that hips, thighs, calves there ever was. You pick the repetition on how many stairs up and how many down. You know what you can do. It’s a great cardio exercise, and don’t forget to breathe. You need more oxygen in this one. You will burn plenty of calories, create lean muscle mass and increase your metabolism. All of this removes the fat.
Stair Skirt Trim. Just as good for burning those calories is to do squats. You use up more fat in this exercise and also creating more lean muscle mass. If you would like lose those extra pounds in your hips, you will definitely want to do several squats. Losing fat on your hips will make your skirts and pants slide right on. You’ll look and feel great.
